GUARANTEE

Every item on The Old German Bunker is guaranteed to be 100% original
Pre-May 1945 (unless noted otherwise).

Once you receive your item there is a three day inspection period
(not including firearms) If you are not satisfied with the condition of a
item you may return it. Three days is long enough for your wife to yell
at you, talk to your buddies have buyers remorse etc... I can however
relist your item any time down the road if you become bored with it for a
20% consignment fee.


RETURNS

You must contact me within the three day inspection period if you want
to return a item. After the three days all sales are final. The item MUST
be received in the EXACT SAME condition as it was when it was sent to
you. (Detailed photos are taken of every item before it is sent out) If the
item has been cleaned, disassembled or altered in ANY WAY, Congratulations
you own it! I ask that you send the item in the same manner as it was sent to
you. If the item is damaged due to poor packaging a refund will NOT be granted.
If either of these things would happen the item will be held until return shipping
is paid for. If return shipping is not paid (yes it has happened) the item will be
considered abandoned. You are responsible for the return shipping fees and
insurance. The original shipping fees and insurance can not be refunded.

FIREARMS

You must be over 18 to buy a long rifle!

It is the PURCHASERS responsibility to have any firearm purchased from
this website looked over by a QUALIFIED GUNSMITH before firing!

Firearms are only shipped within the United States of America. I am
NOT a firearms dealer. Any firearms found on this website are from my
personal collection and I am selling them to upgrade. I do not have a
FFL or a C&R license at this time so if you do not have a C&R license
make sure your FFL holder will send a physical signed copy ( in Blue
or Red ink ) to a non FFL holder! There are NO returns on any
firearms. Why no returns you ask? It's simple. It is a giant pain in
the ass! I describe the firearms to the best of my knowledge. If you
need any additional pictures or have any questions please do not
hesitate to ask.

ORDERING

You must be over 18 to buy a Edged Weapon.

Receiver Sections are only shipped within the United States of America.

I will not ship large capacity magazines to the following states -
New Jersey, New York, California, Connecticut, Maryland, Washington
DC, Hawaii or Massachusetts

To Order please first drop me a email to check for the items
availability. Even if you see the item you are interested in is on
hold drop me a email. Sadly all sales do not always go through. Unless
I am out you will usually receive a statement within 24 hours. The
item will then be placed on hold for 15 days, please make payment
within that time.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

I will Not accept personal checks from international buyers! Please make sure
your money order/bank draft etc... is payable in U.S. DOLLARS. All items are
insured for there full value. I will not lie on customs forms or pay
any customs fees!

Germany & France - I will not ship you any items that are illegal in your
countries.

Certain countries will not insure items from the U.S. Because of this
The Old German Bunker is released from any responsibility for lost or
damaged packages!

International Buyers - All international packages are shipped via USPS EMS.


REFUSED PACKAGES

If the item is not picked up at the post office or customs service I
will not refund your shipping charges and you will be charged for the
return shipping.
