German Firearms & Parts
Mis-Matched K98 - Marked CE 44 (J.P. Sauer & Sohn 1944) The rifle is a
sporter restoration. The receiver, barrel, bolt release, sight/base,
triggerguard, and rear barrel band are matching. The bolt, stock,
front barrel band and floor plate are miss matched.(the stock & front
barrel band are in the 4k serial number range though) The only
"foreign" marking on the rifle is a electro penciled number on the
bolt cylinder body. There are no numbers on the top of the bolt and
the bolt does not match itself. The bolt is waffenampt 63, has the
later round vent holes and a phosphate finish. The magazine follower
also has a phosphate finish. The rifle has the typical "spotted" J.P.
Sauer bluing. The red glue laminated stock has been lightly sanded
(not by me) but you can still faintly make out the waffenampts on the
buttstock. No sight hood or cleaning rod is present. The rifling is
still very strong. I have never shot the rifle but I am sure it will
shot straight. I bought the rifle for reenacting but have since found
a more suitable rifle. I am told that the head space is perfectly fine
but please have the rifle checked out by a "competent gunsmith" before firing it.
Make sure you read the Firearms section on the Contact page before ordering.
Item # AL25 $500.00 - SOLD
Demilled G43 Rifle Receiver Section - Marked G43 duv 44. The receiver section
has been butchered. If you have some other demilled G43 sections you may
be able to do something with it. But it is pretty much just a paper weight.
Item # AL30 $50.00 - New Item
Gew 98 Bolt - The bolt is from a sporter restoration. It matches itself except for the safety leaver. The former owner tried to bend the bolt but he was quite unsuccessful. I would not use the bolt because of the bubba heat treatment but many parts of the bolt are still useable. Item # AL29 $20.00 - New Item
MP44 Receiver Section - The rear cut is pretty but the front cut is a bit messy
(I have seen Much worse though). There are no internal components it is just the shell.
There are two chewed up holes by the ejector one on each side. It's not perfect but,
These things are hard to come by.
Item # AL28 $200.00 - New Item
MP44 Front Receiver Section - Marked COS WaAA44 & WaA37. The receiverblock is not present it is just the shell. For a torch cut receiversection it is in very good condition.
