DISCLAIMER

The Old German Bunker does not wish to glorify The Third Reich, Fascist Italy or
Imperial Japan. We are not associated with any political groups and we
do not support racism or discrimination in any form.


GUARANTEE

Every item on The Old German Bunker is guaranteed to be 100% original
Pre-May 1945 (unless noted otherwise).

Once you receive your item there is a three day inspection period.
If you are not satisfied with the condition of a item you may return it.
Three days is long enough for your wife to yell at you, talk to your
buddies, have buyers remorse etc...


RETURNS

You must contact us via email within the three day inspection period if you want
to return a item. After the three days all sales are final. The item MUST
be received in the EXACT SAME condition as it was when it was sent to
you. If the item has been cleaned, disassembled or altered in ANYWAY,
Congratulations you own it! We ask that you send the item in the same manner
as it was sent to you. If the item is damaged due to poor packaging a refund will
NOT be granted. If either of these things would happen the item will be held until
return shipping is paid for. If return shipping is not paid (yes it has happened)
the item will be considered abandoned. You are responsible for the return shipping
fees and insurance. The original shipping fees and insurance can not be refunded.


ORDERING

You must be over 18 to buy a Edged Weapon & Proof of age is required.

Receiver Sections & Magazines are only shipped within the United States of America.

Large capacity magazines will not be shipped to the following states -
New Jersey, California, Connecticut, Maryland, Illinois, Washington DC,
Hawaii or Massachusetts.

To order please first drop us a email to check for the items
availability. Don't just send money! You will be charged for
return postage. Even if you see the item you are interested
in is on hold drop us a email. Sadly all sales do not always
go through. Unless we are out you will usually receive a
statement within 24 hours. The item will then be placed on
hold for 15 days, please make payment within that time.

them. Please contact us first so we know it is coming.

The only methods of payment accepted at this time are Money Orders,
Cashier's Checks & Personal Checks. Personal Checks are accepted in
the U.S. ONLY! All checks are held until we are sure they have cleared.
Sorry but we are not set up to accept credit cards at this time.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

We will not accept personal checks from international buyers! Cash via registered
mail is preferred. If you are sending a money order/cashiers check please make
sure it is payable in U.S. DOLLARS. All items are insured for there full value.
We will not lie on customs forms or pay any customs fees!

Germany & France - Know your laws. We will not ship you anything that is illegal in your countries!

Certain countries will not insure items from the U.S. Because of this
The Old German Bunker is released from any responsibility for lost or
damaged packages!


SHIPPING

All packages shipped within the U.S. are shipped via USPS. Items under $100 in value
are usually not insured unless it is requested. It is the buyers responsibility to settle
any insurance claims with the carrier.

International Buyers - All international packages are shipped via USPS EMS.


REFUSED PACKAGES

If the item is not picked up at the post office or customs service we
will not refund your shipping charges and you will be charged for the
return shipping.


WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS!

If you haven't noticed we have zero tolerance for bullshit. Being a tad indelicate on your
websites contact page tends to weed out some of the troublemakers. As long as you have
proper email etiquette we will get along just fine.

However if you want to piss us off and be a part of "the list" here are a few ideas -

Order a item & then not pay.

USE ALL CAPS IN YOUR EMAIL.

Just send money.

Send numerous emails demanding to know the minute by minute statis of your order.

Let us know that your check has cleared.

Push that you live close by & would like to pick your item up.

Insist on paying via paypal.
